Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Repod software and the repod.getautoflow.dev website. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Software licences

Community Edition AGPL-3.0

The Repod Community Edition is released under the GNU Affero General Public License, Version 3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of that licence. A commercial licence is available for organisations that cannot comply with the AGPL-3.0 terms. A copy is included in the repository at LICENSE.

Enterprise Edition Proprietary

The Repod Enterprise Edition is proprietary software. Your rights to use it are governed exclusively by the licence agreement entered into between you and Getautoflow. Copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited except as expressly permitted in that agreement.

2. Website use

The repod.getautoflow.dev website is provided for informational purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically harvest content from this website
  • Use automated tools to submit the demo request form
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of this website without prior authorisation
  • Impersonate Getautoflow or any of its employees

3. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE APACHE 2.0 LICENCE APPLIES TO THE COMMUNITY EDITION. FOR ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS, WARRANTY TERMS ARE DEFINED IN YOUR LICENCE AGREEMENT.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETAUTOFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. Third-party components

Repod incorporates open-source components including but not limited to Grype, ClamAV, reprepro, createrepo_c, FastAPI, and React. Each component is governed by its own licence. A full list is available in the repository's LICENSES/ directory.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
